Digital Recording

DVMRe-4CT 4-camera digital multiplexer/recorder
DVMRe-10CT 10-camera digital multiplexer/recorder
DVMRE-16CT 16-camera digital multiplexer/recorder

Crisp images, incredible storage, instant searches and intuitive operation. The intelligent digital video recorder has them all. In fact, the new Triplex DVMRe shares all the features of our other DVMRe digital video recorders/ multiplexers. But it's got a few surprises inside:

Triplex™: Watch live and recorded images on one monitor
Triplex technology lets you watch live and recorded images on one monitor while the Triplex DVMRe continues to record. You won't miss important events because you were reviewing others.

PVP™: Capture more images
The Triplex DVMRe uses our patented Parallel Video Processing (PVP) to capture up to 60 pictures per second. That's twice as many as other recorders and up to 3.3 times as many as multiplexer-VCR combinations.

Jog/shuttle dial:
Zip through recordings quickly
Use the outer ring of the jog/shuttle dial for variable-speed forward and reverse play. Or use the inner dial to move through a paused recording frame by frame.

Motion Search:
Find critical clips quickly
Now it's easy to pinpoint the time when an object moved and find out who moved it. Just define a target area in a camera's view and then initiate a search. Motion Search examines the entire hard drive for video clips with motion in the target area. And it's fast. You don't have to wait.

PTZ over Ethernet:
Control CyberDomes from a PC

Now with a desktop PC and WaveReader software not only can you watch live or recorded video from any Triplex DVMRe in your network, you can also control PTZ units connected to the Triplex DVMRe.

ATM interface: Reduce ATM fraud and Regulation E claims
The Triplex DVMRe can capture all text that appears on an ATM receipt and associate it with the correct video.

POS interface: Reduce costly inventory shrinkage
The Triplex DVMRe can also capture receipt text and associate it with the correct video. You can search for video using receipt text like "No Sale," "Void," "Pepsi" or "Coke".

Even easier to use
The Triplex DVMRe features easy-to-use controls.  We've even added a jog/shuttle dial and one-button access to more functions.

Select multiscreen modes quickly and easily for two monitors
First choose Monitor A or Monitor B
Then choose one of eight multiscreen modes with the touch of a button.

Easily recognizable controls
The forward play, pause, reverse play, record and stop buttons look just like familiar VCR controls.

Shuttle quickly through images...
Use the outer ring of the jog/shuttle dial, the "shuttle," for variable-speed forward and reverse play.

...or jog from frame to frame
Use the inner dial, or "jog," to move through a paused recording frame by frame, forward or reverse.

The Calibur Digital Video Multiplexer and Recorder (DVMRe) combines a digital video multiplexer and a digital video recorder in one unit. The Calibur DVMRe delivers higher- quality playback images and eliminates the high failure rates of analog VCRs. And because it's digital, you never have to clean tape heads or service motors.

The Calibur DVMRe displays live video in multiscreen, full-screen or sequencing full-screen mode. At the same time, it records high- resolution pictures from all connected cameras to its built-in 40-, 80-, 160- or 240-GB hard drive.

Best of all, the Calibur DVMRe is easy to use. If you can use a standard multiplexer and VCR, you're ready to use the Calibur DVMRe.

Eliminate tape management hassles
The Calibur DVMRe can record 20 days of high- resolution images at 5 pictures per second.

Eliminate hours spent searching
With a Calibur DVMRe you have instant access to critical recordings.

Capture details with digital quality
Whether you need a clear picture of an automobile license plate or a person's face, the Calibur DVMRe can do the job.

Access images over a network using WaveReader and a desktop PC
You can assign each Calibur DVMRe its own IP address and then connect it to your network.

Configure your DVMRe and control PTZ units remotely
WaveReader also lets you program any DVMRe connected to your network and then save the setup using the familiar "Save As" command.
